Second Lieutenant.   Seconded to 50th Training Depot Squadron RAF.   Accidentally killed whilst flying in UK on 5th September 1918.   Aged 28.

Lieutenant Colonel, DSO, MiD**   Attached to 14th Battalion Highland Light Infantry.   Killed in action in France on 25th November 1917.   Aged 43.
