Lieutenant Colonel.   Retired List.    Died of illness in UK on 23rde April 1918.   Aged 42.

 

FITZSIMMONS, Edward

Second Lieutenant.   Retired List (Sick).    Died of illness in UK on 23rd April 1918.   Aged 30.

 

FORD, Kenneth George Haslam

Lieutenant.   11th Battalion.   Died of wounds in France on 1st December 1915.   Aged 20.


FORSTER, Lionel Archibald

Captain.   1st Battalion.    Died of wounds as a POW in France on 4th November 1914.   Aged 35.


FOSTER, Charles Clifford

Lieutenant.  1/7th Battalion.    Killed in action in France on 29th July 1918.   Aged 32.
