OXLEY was wounded near Wytschaete on 16th April. 6. RICHARDS was wounded at Neuve Eglise on 13th April. 7. THOMAS E D was wounded south west of Le Petit Mortier, near Merville on 11th April. 8. FIELD was CO of the 13th Battalion when it became 59th Training Reserve Battalion. 9. MORGAN A was wounded near "Lone Tree", River Ancre on 27th April. 10. LLOYD was wounded near Montbrehain, north east of St Quentin on 5th October. 11. TOWLER was shot down and killed with Lt Ripley, over Saarbrucken. 110th Sqn RAF was part of the Independent Air Force, engaged in the bombing offensive against Germany 12. BURMESTER was wounded near Pontruet on 5th October. 13. SCOTT was wounded near Pontruet on 6th October. 14. WARD was wounded south east of Ypres on 8th October. 15. HOLDEN was wounded north west of Le Cateau on 28th October. 16. TALBOT died of pneumonia/influenza whilst attached on the Special List to HQ East Africa Force. 17. JONES H T was wounded at Englefontaine, east of Cambrai on 3rd November. 18. DAVEY retired from the Army on health grounds on 18th July 1918 and was awarded a Silver War Badge. 19. BREWER was wounded near Bullecourt on 12th January. 20. FIELD retired from the Army on health grounds on 4th November 1917 and was awarded a Silver War Badge. 21. BOWEN was wounded near Westoutre on 1st September 1918 and died in a dressing station near Terdeghem. He was originally buried in Terdeghem French Military Cemetery and reburied in Cabaret Rouge Cemetery in April 1924. 22. KING was wounded east of Villecholes, near Vermand on 14th September. 23. HUGHES was wounded at Grand Couronne, west of Doiran on 18th September. |
